Shilean joined the Spring Grove Family in 2019.  Before joining the team, Shilean had over 10 years of cemetery and memorialization management. She is experienced in coaching and leading Family Service Advisors, which allows Shilean to provide her experience in helping families with special requests. Shilean also holds a State of Ohio insurance license.
