Morgan Mergy is the Family Services Manager at Spring Grove, where she has spent the past year leading a team dedicated to providing exceptional service and support to families during some of life’s most important moments. She focuses on developing high-performing teams, fostering a compassionate service culture, and ensuring families receive personalized care and guidance.
With more than 10 years of experience in funeral and cemetery services, Morgan has built expertise in family service, advance planning, relationship management, and team leadership. She is passionate about mentoring employees, driving operational excellence, and creating meaningful experiences for the families she serves.
Morgan earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Communications from the University of Cincinnati and is a licensed Life Insurance Agent. Her education and professional background provide a strong foundation in leadership, communication, and customer engagement.
Known for her people-first approach, Morgan is committed to strengthening community relationships, supporting her team’s growth, and honoring the legacy of those entrusted to Spring Grove’s care. Outside of work, she is a devoted wife and mother of two children.
