Joel Seale

Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Joel S. Seale, Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Spring Grove Cemetery and Arboretum, joined the organization in 2022. Prior to joining the Spring Grove Family, Mr. Seale served as Controller of ClearPoint Federal Bank & Trust, a federal bank specializing in the death care industry. Prior to that, Mr. Seale served as Chief Financial Officer for multiple funeral home and cemetery combinations located in Indiana and Michigan.

Mr. Seale has over 30 years of experience in the death care industry. He has a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Eastern Kentucky University and a Master of Business Administration degree from Indiana Wesleyan. Mr. Seale is a Certified Public Accountant.
