Jeff joined the Spring Grove Family in 2020.  Prior to Spring Grove, Jeff’s career included leadership roles in the non-profit sector, higher education, and hospitality.  Jeff has a State of Ohio Insurance License, a BA from the University of Dayton, a Masters in Human Resource Development from Xavier University, and is co-author of an Amazon Best Selling book about aging and preparing for the inevitable.

Jeff’s pedigree of traits, skills, and personality proves to be an asset to the families he serves.  As a customer service-based professional, Jeff’s care for the family comes first.  He has a knack for adapting to each family’s comfort level, communication style, and understanding to allow for a more personalized and comfortable dialogue and a greater understanding of Spring Grove’s offerings.  Jeff is constantly among the top-rated advisors based on Customer Satisfaction.

As a Cincinnati native, Jeff’s mission is to not only get as many Greater Cincinnatians as possible to preplan funeral, cremation, and/or cemetery arrangements, but to change the rhetoric so our society becomes more comfortable talking about death and dying.  This mission comes from watching families struggle to make plans during a time of grief, and watching families get ripped apart.  Jeff recalls something his grandfather said later in life as his health was failing: “As a parent, I always tried to teach my children and grandchildren how to livethe right way.  Now, I get to teach them how to leave the right way.”
