Overview

In the early 1930’s, John and Olga Gump founded Gump Funeral Home in Cheviot, Ohio. In 1960, their daughter Marilyn and her husband, Larry R. Holt assumed ownership of the funeral home which led to its name change to Gump Holt Funeral Home. Gump Holt Funeral Home proudly served Cincinnati's Westside community for over 75 years. In February 2020, Spring Grove Funeral Homes acquired Gump Holt Funeral Home. Spring Grove Funeral Homes honors all Gump Holt Funeral Home preneed funeral plans.
