Phelps, Shirley Renee, age 29, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, June 16, 2022. Loving mother of Anthony "AJ" & Sammy and loving companion to Jesus Martinez. She is also survived by her mother Sheri Doyle, her father James Phelps, her step-mother Dionna Schneider, 3 sisters, Jessica, Melissa, and Rebecca, her two grandmothers, many nieces & nephews. She was preceded in death by her sister Jamie Minton and brother, James "JT" Phelps. She had a heart of gold and will be greatly missed.
The family has chosen to have a private visitation. Graveside service to be held on Monday, June 27, 2022, 3pm, at Spring Grove Cemetery. Extended family & friends will gather for procession at Spring Grove Funeral Homes, 4389 Spring Grove Avenue, Cincinnati, OH 45223 at 2:45pm.
