Mary Ann Blunt (Pepper) was born July 29, 1943 in Greenville, South Carolina to the late Robert Pepper Sr. and Ruth Pepper.
The Lord called her home on February 1, 2021.
Mary Ann accepted Christ at a very young age. She had been a member of Salem Baptist Tabernacle since the Pepper family moved to Cincinnati in 1955. Mary Ann attended and graduated from Lincoln Heights High School.
Mary Ann enjoyed attending church, singing, laughing and loved shopping. She had a captivating laugh that always filled the room with joy. Her generous and caring heart continued even after her work shift ended. She was always willing to give support to anyone in need. She was a wonderful mother, mamaw, sister and friend.
Mary Ann retired from the Cincinnati Veterans Hospital where she cared for patients for over 40 years.
She leaves to cherish her memories; her only son, Richmond Eugene Blunt (Lisa): three granddaughters, Charnee , Tyrah and Maya; and four great grandchildren, Naori, Kamryn, Jayceon and Tauryann.
She also leaves to cherish her memories four siblings, Elizabeth Owens, Robert Pepper Jr., Wanda Ann Ward and Kavonda Pepper.
Three siblings preceded her in death: Frances Bazal, Barbara Jean Kidd and Richard Pepper.
Mary Ann leaves a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends to forever cherish her memories.
