Kenneth was born on December 2, 1958 in Cincinnati, OH, to Kenneth Neftzer Sr. and the late Ruth Welch Neftzer. After attending college, he worked for XTek for over 17 years as a machinist. He enjoyed being outdoors and activities such as bike riding, hiking, and shooting guns. He had a passion for traveling and visited Alaska, The Grand Canyon, Gatlinburg, and various places around our beautiful country.

Kenny was married in May 19, 2012 to Deborah Anne (Franklin) Neftzer. Kenny was a faithful servant of Christ and was a proud Christian.

Kenny impacted the lives of many in his family and friends. He loved good food and good company, and enjoyed making people laugh. Above all, he loved helping anyone who was in need. Many lives were touched by his faithful service and he will be dearly missed.

In addition to his father, Ken Neftzer and his wife Sue, those left to cherish his memories include his wife, Debbie Neftzer; children, Crystal, Sarah, Adam, and Zachary Neftzer; siblings, Ruthie Loccisano (Jim), Debbie Fields (Roy), and Greg Neftzer (Kimberly);
