Obituary

Kenneth H. Wernicke, born October 22, 1942, passed peacefully on March 14, 2023. Loving husband of 54 years to Judith Wernicke (nee Hasekoester); Father to Lori Wernicke and Todd (Vanessa) Wernicke; Proud grandfather to Sofia and Henry Wernicke; Brother-in-law to Bill and Sharon Reichert; Uncle to Lisa Richards, Craig (Michelle) Hudson, Mike (Jandi) Reichert, and Mark Reichert. Ken retired from Procter & Gamble after 30 years in finance. He enjoyed golfing and traveling, and never met a dog he didn't love. He was an avid Cincinnati sports fan and especially enjoyed attending Xavier University basketball games. Ken will be greatly missed. 

A visitation will be held on Thursday, March 23, 2023, from 5:00 - 7:00 PM at Spring Grove Funeral Homes 4389 Spring Grove Ave. Cincinnati, Ohio 45223. Interment will be held privately at the convenience of the family. 

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Ken's honor to The Christian Village at Mason or Crossroads Hospice. www.springgrove.org
