Laine (Lavatori) Jerome, beloved husband of 69 years to Joan (nee Day) Laine. Devoted father to Jerry Laine, Helen (Mark) Niederhausen, John Laine, Dan (Marianne) Laine, David (Cathy) Laine, Judy (late John Schulte) Laine, Steven Laine and the late Lee (late Jill) Laine. Jerome is survived by numerous loving grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren. Dear brother of Al Laine. Preceded in death by many siblings. Jerome was a proud Korean War veteran. He is a Purple Heart recipient.
Jerome passed away peacefully on Sunday, March 19, 2023, age 90.
Visitation at Our Lady of Lourdes, 3450 Lumardo Ave., on Friday, March 24, 2023 from 9:30 AM until Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 AM.
