Fawzy Mansour, beloved husband preceded in death by wife Virginia Mansour (nee Spaulding); devoted father of Linda Mansour Spotz, Mona Mansour, & Michelle Mansour; loving grandfather of Madeline & Will Juergens; survived by brother Badie Mansour, M.D. and preceded in death by siblings William, Victoria, Noshy, Mansour, Zaher, and Badia; son of the late Saad Mansour (father) and Linda Saad (mother). Passed away Saturday, October 3, 2020, age 88, of natural causes. Born in Minia, Cairo, Egypt, Fawzy completed his medical degree at Kasr Al-Ainy Medical School, Cairo University. He emigrated to the United States, completed his residency in Obstetrics & Gynecology at Good Samaritan Hospital, and received his PhD in Anatomy from Emory University. He devoted many years of his life in teaching medical students at University of Cincinnati, achieving the honor of full professor. For over forty years, he served patients in private practice, delivering over 6,000 babies during his lifetime. In his later years, he volunteered teaching medical students and traveled to 40 countries on six continents.Visitation will be held at the Spring Grove Funeral Home Main Location (4389 Spring Grove Ave., Cincinnati, OH) on Wednesday, October 7 from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. Service will be held at St. James of the Valley Catholic Church (411 Springfield Pike, Wyoming, OH) on Thursday, October 8 at 10: 30 a.m. Donations can be made to Clarence R.
