Anna Elizabeth Tinsley, 97, resident of Cincinnati, Ohio departed this life peacefully on Thursday March 4, 2021. She was born in Mayslick, Kentucky on June 23, 1923 to the late Charles Matthew Ewing and Viola Perry Ewing.
Anna was a member of Bethel Baptist Church, Cincinnati OH for many years. She served on the Nurses Guild ministry and she faithfully attended Class 25 Bible School classes. She also completed a bible study course, Understanding God and His Covenants at New Life Temple Church.
Anna loved to love on people. She had a big heart and a sweet loving spirit, you just enjoyed being in her presence. Anna enjoyed the outdoors, working in her yard and her garden on the hill. Her hands were rarely still. She played the piano at times and liked to sing the hymns. Anna was preceded in death by her dear loving husband Farley Tinsley, daughter, Marion Rhodes and sisters Ella Cross, Emma Boulden, Myrtle Bolden and two brothers, Charles Ewing Jr. and George Ewing and great granddaughter, Katrina Jett.
She will be lovingly remembered by her two grandchildren , Howard Denham (Michelle) and Deborah Denham; 5 great grandchildren, and 6 great-great grandchildren, her loving sister, Gertrude Bolden and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
