Our lives are filled with planning of one sort or another: jobs,
vacations, children's education, retirement. We all know the difference
that good planning can make.
While we would
not think of going on a vacation without a map, many of us think
nothing of leaving our death arrangements in the hands of grieving
family and friends.

It is a cruel reality that during such anguishing moments, they
must hastily make irrevocable decisions from a list of seemingly
endless and confusing options.
The bereaved
seek solace and comfort. Instead, without pre-planning, they must
make decision after decision. It isn't fair ... and it isn't necessary.
We have seen first-hand the tragedy of not planning and the resulting
stress it puts on survivors.
We urge
you to consider the reasons for pre-planning and then do the caring
and thoughtful thing for yourself and your family.
