Lawn Crypts in the Garden Sanctuary
In 1977, Spring Grove responded to requests for an option which included the dignity of mausoleum entombment, the beauty of a garden, and ease of access -- all at an affordable price. The result was the lawn crypt concept located in the Garden Sanctuary. It is the choice of many for the following reasons:

	The Beauty of the Garden Sanctuary The Garden Sanctuary is part of Spring Grove's original parcel of land purchased in 1845. It is surrounded by many elements of beauty and interest. Norman Chapel: Built in 1879, the Norman Chapel features a large stained-glass window made in Europe and is considered one of Cincinnati's finest examples of Gothic architecture. The Fountain of Faith: Changing patterns of water splash into the reflection pool at the base of the fountain which highlights the Garden Sanctuary. The Rose Garden: A rose-lover's delight with over 200 rose bushes blooming from April through October. Naturalized Gardens: Enjoy hundreds of daffodils and other perennials that bloom in the meadows every Spring.
Accessibility The Garden Sanctuary is located close to the main entrance of the Cemetery on Spring Grove Avenue and connects to the Gwen Mooney Funeral Home.
