My prayerful condolences to Janet and all of Jack's family. Jack was always so very nice to me. For the last ten years there has been a place on #17 at Camargo that I cannot approach without, at the very least, smiling about a funny moment instigated by Jack. In the future, I'll be a bit more wistful when I walk by that spot. Count me among the many who will miss him.

Sincere sympathy. Barbara and I appreciated Jack's friendship and professional support for many years and then the seamless transition of his practice to Susan.
