A sweet and wonderful person who lived a wonderful life. The laughter we all shared will be for a season in our hearts and minds. I am going to miss her corn bread and cabbage. God bless her soul. 1st. Thessalonians 4:13-14 (New Living Translation). AND NOW, DEAR BROTHERS AND SISTERS, WE WANT YOU TO KNOW WHAT WILL HAPPEN TO THE BELIEVERS WHO HAVE DIED SO YOU WILL NOT GRIEVE LIKE PEOPLE WHO HAVE NO HOPE. FOR SINCE WE BELIEVE THAT JESUS DIED AND WAS RAISED TO LIFE AGAIN, WE ALSO BELIEVE THAT WHEN JESUS RETURNS, GOD WILL BRING BACK WITH HIM THE BELIEVERS WHO HAVE DIED.

    Relationship: Neighbor

Dear Family of Elmira Kennedy, I am writing you because I heard about the recent death of your loved one. I am so sorry for your loss and you have my deepest sympathy. I am your Christian neighbor and I wanted to share with you a very comforting Bible based promise from the Bible that helps us to get through these distressing times. The bible promises that in the very near future, Jehovah God will bring an end to Death. In the Bible at Isaiah 25:8, it says, "He will swallow up death forever, and The Sovereign Lord Jehovah will wipe away the tears from all faces. Jehovah himself has spoken it." The verse says, 'he will swallow up death forever'; when you swallow something, it's gone! Also Revelation 21:4 says, "And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes and death will be no more. Neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away." Soon according to the Bible's promises, anything that causes pain will be gone forever. What is even more heartw

"Mom" was my "second mother." She came into my widowed Daddy's life because a mutual friend (the late Helen Ingram) introduced them. She & Daddy were always on the go, laughing a lot. She shared her pearls of wisdom in such a way that was straightforward and direct. You never would have said, "I wonder what she meant by that?" I admired her stylish way of dressing and living in general. I will miss her sweet smile and wonderful sense of humor. One of my fondest memories is a car trip we took to Georgia: she and I in the Cadillac, and the men in the truck. There was great conversation and lots of laughter, even when we took a wrong turn. My daughters came to love their new "Grand-mommy" as well. Thank you, Mom, for being so welcoming and faithful. Even though I am so sad that you have left us, I can't think of you without smiling. Love you!
