Reginald Terry Goolsby, 53, passed away November 4, 2017. He was born October 14, 1964 in Toledo, OH, son to the late Charles and JoAnne (nee Fowler) Goolsby. Reg will be remembered for his love and appreciation of art, leaving no wall uncovered. He will also be remembered for the joy he found researching antiques, artists, and finding a good deal. He never hesitated to help someone in need and expected nothing in return. He was a strong advocate for the underdog, whether they be human or canine.

I've only known Reggie and Mike since they moved to Charlotte. But my husband has known him since college. I remember, when we meet up for dinner, they were two peas in a pod. And Mike and I just chatted like old friends it was amazing. As Reggie and Mike be came part of our family along with being my best friends. Reggie was always teaching me new ways to approach life as a couple. I always wanted the same type of healthy relationship like Reggie and Mike. One day Reggie told me, being a couple is a great gift but it's not always easy but it's always worth it. So, I'm going to miss Reggie and those great "real" hugs he always gave. But I know, Reggie and Jack are shopping for some great deals in heaven. Love you and miss you tons.

My deepest condolences to Mike and the family. Reg was a fixture in my life as a real estate advisor and friend. And wherever and whenever we would run into one another, at a neighborhood get-together, art show, title company or local merchant, he was always the same generous, loving, funny man. He will be greatly missed.

I met Reg at BGSU when I decided to join the Sig Eps. The times, experiences and growth we all experience together are unforgettable and unreproducable. Reg was an individual among the brotherhood who stood out as one of those guys who truly loved life and everyone he considered a friend...which was almost everyone. I am saddened he has left us so soon. I am certain the world was a better place with him in it. HFF Reg. An old saying he would like is "May you be in heaven before the devil knows you dead". My prayers for his family and friends. He was truly loved.

I met Reg at BGSU in 1984 when he pledged Sig Ep. I was his Pledge Educator and got to know him quite well. What a wonderful brother and gentle soul. My sincerest condolences to his family and friends and to my fraternity brothers. Reg, until we meet again, may you rest in peace.

Dear Reg, We were instant friends so many years ago. Having lived with Reg I can agree 100% that no wall was left untouched. Our friendship lasted much longer than our time at Bowling Green and I was lucky enough to meet Mike when you needed him the most. May you Rest In Peace knowing you brought love and laughter to so many. HFF Scott
