In grief, no
one can take away our pain because no one can take away our love.
We experience grief because of our love and connection to someone
who has died. The experience of grief is unique for each of us.
Grief may encompass a wide range of feelings including sadness,
depression, anger, guilt, anxiety, hope and acceptance. Sharing
our memories, our feelings, our grief, and our strategies for coping
with others who are grieving can be especially helpful in our healing
and recovery.
