TOPIC: ANGELS IN THE GROVE
Have you ever noticed the wide variety of statues marking the graves in Spring Grove? This tour focuses on one particular type; the angels. No matter what form the angels are in be it statue, stained glass, a relief, we will be taking a closer look at each one. Come enjoy a walking tour which will have you “up close and personal” with each angel as well as filling your senses with the natural beauty which is Spring Grove.
Registration is required. Registration will open on September 5, 2020 at NOON.

Since its founding 150 years ago, Spring Grove Cemetery & Arboretum has been an important part of Cincinnati's heritage. It serves as a guardian of much of Cincinnati's past. In 1995, the Board of Trustees established the Spring Grove Heritage Foundation to educate the public about and promote the natural beauty and historic integrity of Spring Grove in ways not normally covered by the cemetery's operations. Through the sponsorship of events, tours, workshops and seminars, the Foundation serves to promote Spring Grove's cultural, historic, and natural resources. Often referred to as a "museum without walls," Spring Grove possesses fine art and architecture of eclectic styles as diverse as any collection. Your $4 or $5 donation goes to the Spring Grove Heritage Foundation.
