Spring Grove & Oak Hill history, current state, and looking towards the future

- Rules & Regulations: Rules & Regulations, Guidelines, Schedule of Charges,

Burial Right Ownership, Cemetery Law.

- Accounting & Finance: overview and introduction of Accounting team, responsibilities,

long-term planning and financing large projects, budgeting, customer billing, cancellations & delinquencies

- Cemetery Safety: Safety Policies, PPE, OSHA, SG Safety Committee,

Chemical spills, incident reporting, Emergency Action Plan

- Information Technology: overview & history of technology at Spring Grove, introduction of team

& responsibilities, best practices, projects, help desk, and how Spring Grove stays at the forefront of

technology solutions in the death care industry
